West Coast Kids is a competitive youth baseball operation in Orange County, CA focused on player development, on and off the field. Whether our players are on the diamond, in the dugout, or their communities, West Coast Kids aims to develop young athletes into future leaders and solid citizens.

West Coast Kids have upcoming tryouts for the fall 25/26 season!
West Coast Kids is started by former high school shortstop and lifelong student of the game, Greg Salvino.
Initially, Greg fell into coaching his nephew’s baseball team. Through Greg’s unconventional methods, he saw success early on, forging strong friendships and relationships in the community. He proved he can improve young ball players. Turning rec players wanting to be more competitive into Allstars and Allstars into Select/Travel players.
Because of this and his passion for teaching, he has decided to launch his own youth baseball organization, focused on development, yet driven to compete.
All our players are committed and hardworking.
They have grit, perseverance, talent, and skill, and are impact players on the team.
No one is here just to fill the last roster spot.
Every team member plays a prominent role.
As a non-profit, we strive to give back to the community and regularly have our players participate in community-building activities and events.
